Dear Lieve and Hector, Thank you for inviting us all to the wonderful annual cruise with Lieve and Hector. How wonderful it was and now I can hardly wait for the next cruise... Please know that I look forward to any ship in any place, as long as it is with Hector and Lieve. After all, I did go on the 'Coral Princess' and had a grand time, seeing old friends, etc, and especially hearing Hector's concerts and Lieve's loving touch throughout the year with the e-mail updates and the many courtesies, attention to detail and the beautiful letter we received the last day of the cruise. Lieve, A huge thank you for your hard work in making the Celebration and the cruise a huge success. Your attention to all the many details is just beyond comparison to anything I have ever observed in my almost 70 years. You must have worked tirelessly almost 24/7 for at least a year to make these events cherished memories for years to come. Not to mention that you are one super terrific person and I admire you very much. . Hector, you and your music are just plain awesome. You bring music to the outer limits of what's possible for any human to conceive and perform. In doing so you bring to your audience a range of emotions such as love and beauty, joy and sadness. There is not a dry eye in the house when you perform your signature piece, the theme from the movie "Ice Castles" . When you put "Tico Tico" and the "Flight of the Bumblebee" together everyone's jaw has dropped in awe and amazement, and people feel like: "Wow, we can't believe what we are hearing and seeing." Hi Lieve and Hector! Jim and I had a wonderful time, and the highlight for us was the music from the fabulous, amazing, talented, delightful Hector! Lieve, it was great fun to be with you and get to know you a bit more. Blessings to you both. Do keep in touch, and if there's any way we can cruise with you again, we WILL! We have very fond memories of the cruise to Panama, and we most especially appreciate the couples you arranged for us to dine with - it was a great table, the conversations were very interesting and we've made some lasting friendships ! Thanks for your sensitivity in all of that - it was a great match of folks! Thanks too for Jim's special attention on his retirement and birthday. Lieve, I cannot fully express the delight and enthusiasm we felt as we experienced our Panama Canal cruise with Hector's magical music. While we also greatly enjoyed our first trip with you during the Circle Hawaii cruise two years ago, the impact of these concerts seemed to reach a whole new level. As you may know, Judy and I do not play or own an organ, but we do love the music. We also want to thank you for your personal attention and thoughtfulness which helped us feel included as members of the group, even though we are not organists. Dear Lieve and Hector, The Panama Canal cruise was very enjoyable; Lieve's personal touch made it even more so. Five "Hector" concerts, a workshop, and a great cocktail party - blew it way over the top. This was the best cruise we have ever taken, and we thank you for all you did to make it so. Dear Lieve & Hector; We want to warmly THANK YOU for the great cruise/concerts experience we just completed! Everything went so well! We both enjoyed a fabulous time! The ship was so wonderful, too. We enjoyed our stateroom with the lovely balcony. We were served coffee, juice etc. right in our stateroom nearly every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed that luxury! We had our coffee, etc. at about dawn every morning, and spent or time with our bible devotions and prayers there. We certainly felt more close to God! Dear Lieve, I read your note of thanks, but it is I who should say THANK YOU for caring, for sharing a hug, for being understanding, for taking time to say "hi" and make the day brighter, for choosing my wonderful table mates, for reminding me I wasn't totally alone. Thank You also for all your work, organization, problem solving, and much more that was needed to allow myself and many others to enjoy the cruise and Hector's music. Thank you also to Hector for sharing his gift and love of music. When he plays, each note like a snowflake lingers a moment and then falls upon the carpet of the atmosphere to create like snowfall a pure white blanket that shimmers -- be it in the rays of sunlight, the reflection of moon-glo, or the twinkle of starlight on a clear cold crisp night. We have just returned from the Panama Canal Cruise on Princess Cruise Lines aboard the Coral Princess and heard Mr. Hector Olivera for the first time. We were exhilarated by his musical genius. It was the highlight of our trip. Please inform us as to his next cruise. We are very interested in being part of the tour group. Connie and Abe De Vries |

Hector and Lieve, Carol and I appreciate so much the blessing and opportunity we had of being in your presence on our very special cruise.
